  Company Ford on Monday has distributed the first official photos of new generation of model Ford Mondeo. And three types of a body in which the novelty – a sedan will be issued, a hatchback and universal have been promulgated all. World primier of the newest Mondeo will take place in March, at an automobile exhibition in Geneva.

  Now it is known, that the new family will be completed with the whole ruler of the modernized motors. It will be four diesel units: 1,8-liter capacity of 100 and 125 horsepowers, and also two-liter, capacity of 120 or 130 horsepowers. And last can be completed only with six-step “automatic device”.

  It will be five petrol engines: 1,6-liter with capacity of 110 and 125 horsepowers, two-liter Duratec with capacity of 145 horsepowers, and also completely  new 2,3-liter engine with capacity in 161 horsepower. Top version Mondeo will receive 2,5-liter turboengine with the power unit capacity of 220 horsepowers, borrowed at Ford Focus ST.

  It is supposed also, that new Ford Mondeo it will be accessible in four base variants of furnish – Edge, Zetec, Ghia and Titanium X – as on Ford Focus S-Max. And even in the most accessible version the novelty will receive system of the stabilization, a new mouth of a petrol tank without a cover, the conditioner, CD-player with support of a format mp3, and also system “without key input” and the separate button of starting the engine.
